  • Tracking Notification: Sent via email upon shipment

Free Economy Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Note:

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tools like a woodsman behind their trusted axe. If your gear doesn’t meet expedition standards, follow this trail:

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all protective coverings
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Automatic Knives (varies by state regulations)
  • Used or sharpened blades/axes
  • Custom or special-order collector items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:
    • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
    • Packaging instructions for blades/axes
  3. Ship Your Return
    For non-defective returns:
    • Securely package using original materials
    • Include completed return form

Refund Timeline & Methods

After we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days):

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunded to original card (5-10 business days to appear)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (3-5 business days)

Exchanges ship via your original shipping method unless upgraded at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Bark River knife or Gransfors Bruk axe arrives damaged:

  1. Do not use the item
  2. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Email details to [email protected] within 48 hours

We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Include all original customs documentation
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
